LFR tailors design efforts to match the size and detail of a given project and apply value engineering principles during the design phase to identify potential construction cost savings for our clients. Once a design is finalized, LFR provides bidding and construction management services, including design packages, specifications, contractor evaluations, bid tabulations, contract management, progress reports, final certifications and record drawings.
