LFR’s Sustainable Practices Mission Statement
As environmental designers and consultants, LFR’s mission is to integrate ecological, economic, and social practices to promote sustainability in both our internal operations and client solutions, for the benefit of all
natural environments and communities.

LFR’s Sustainable Business Practice helps our clients identify opportunities to improve their environmental performance through the implementation of creative solutions designed specifically for our clients’ needs. The use of sustainable business practices will have a significant impact on any business, including decreasing raw material usage, eliminating redundant operations, reducing off-spec product generation, and improving yields.

Due to the increasing coverage of sustainable and “green” business practices in the media, corporations need to be sensitive to public perception, as well as meet regulatory compliance goals and provide a safe, healthy environment for their workers.  LFR’s Sustainable Business Practices Group can help create feasible strategies for companies to achieve all these goals simultaneously.

LFR provides clients with a multidisciplinary team consisting of engineers, geologists and scientists to help identify and implement cost-saving sustainable business practices specific to each client. LFR also helps clients reduce their air, water and soil pollution that results from the business process and the generation, treatment and disposal of waste.  Decreasing the amount of pollution at a site reduces worker and resident health risks, and ultimately lowers the company’s potential impact on the environment.
